Developing Portraits

Klain,-Brenan-049These portraits are part of an awesome opportunity I had to photograph students of a local coding class. It was a fun opportunity to create a variety of photos in a short time in a single location; a thrilling creative adventure.

6 Miles Ahead

A little while back, I had the opportunity to do this fun old-time style shoot for a great vocal jazz group here in Utah. We had a lot of fun and came out with some good stuff. I hope you enjoy!

De Hoyos Bridals/Groomals

This morning I had the opportunity to shoot some Bridals and Groomals for Andres and Deoborah. We went up to the Utah State Capital building and did some photos in the main hall and outside. The one above is another composite of 7 photos that I took of them and the surrounding scene. Hope you enjoy the rest of the photos. I am really looking forward to their wedding next week at the San Diego Temple.

The Mikado Publicity Photos

Yesterday for work I was assigned to shoot the promotional photos for the Spring Opera for BYU, where they will perform The Mikado. I have not done theatrical promotional photography before so it was a fun learning experience and I feel like I came out with some fun shots. It was great to work with the different performers and try to show some of the emotion and fun of this show. I used three lights with an octa-bank, large soft-box and   barn doors to light the shots. Hope you enjoy the photos.
